What is your style of teaching?
Quasi socratic method. It is a combination of lecture and cold calling questions from the class.
What is the most engaging assignment you give?
Each class has some experiential learning project. In Auditing, it is a 15 page risk assessment and mitigation plan.
When grading a student, what do you look for?
Consistentcy throughout the semester.
What kind of student would love your class?
Those that love uncertainty and are interested in the improvement of their decision making skills
What is one piece of advice you have for students?
Start the projects earlier.

Auditing and organization risk management

I work with the Northeastern University Athletics department.
Is there anything else the student should know before taking your class?
It is fun, but it is hard work.
