Online: pairs of students create lessons for each other and teach them.
When grading a student, what do you look for?
Ability to synthesize new concepts with previous knowledge, ability to apply concepts to real-world situations, quality of projects as measured by rubrics.
What kind of student would love your class?
Conscientious, creative, willing to consider new ideas, engaged with concepts and with classmates.
What is one piece of advice you have for students?
Be ready and willing to work hard, stay connected throughout the course, and challenge your own thinking.

I built a Bloom's Taxonomy tower in 2 virtual worlds: Nova and 3rd Rock Grid, and I recently published a case study about interviewing in virtual worlds.
Is there anything else the student should know before taking your class?
It's tough, but you will learn a lot.
