Read. Work hard. Accept advice. Take on challenges. Ask questions. Write.
What area in your field are you most knowledgeable about?
Non-western literature (especially since I am a HUGE world travelor!)
What is one accomplishment you are proud of?
Finishing a marathon (my 17th) while on chemo.
Are you currently involved in something interesting outside the classroom?
I am researching the use of race (and politics) as a writing prompt in writing classes.
